Terms of Sale
Last updated: October 12, 2026
Article 1 — Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to any service order placed with NexaHouse (AEH Connect, SIRET 978 245 181 00018), whether through the online order tunnel on nexahouse.fr or through a separately signed quote. They govern in particular the creation of showcase websites, bespoke applications, and subscriptions to internal SaaS services (NexaTidy, NexaInspect).
Article 2 — Offers and pricing
The services offered and their prices are detailed on the /pricing page of the site. Prices are shown in euros. As a sole trader benefiting from the VAT exemption (article 293 B of the French Tax Code), NexaHouse does not charge VAT: prices shown are net, with no VAT added (remove this notice if the exemption threshold is exceeded). NexaHouse reserves the right to change its prices at any time; services are billed based on the prices in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 3 — Order
Any order placed through the online tunnel implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale. After payment, the Client is asked to complete an onboarding form (logo, brand assets, text content) required to actually begin the service. The announced turnaround time only starts once all necessary materials have been received from the Client.
Article 4 — Payment terms
Payment is made online via Stripe. For a one-off service (single showcase website): full payment on order, or according to a schedule agreed in the quote (for example 30% on order, 70% on delivery). For a subscription plan (build + hosting + maintenance): recurring monthly billing, cancellable under the conditions set out in Article 7. Any late payment may result in the suspension of the service, after formal notice has gone unanswered for 8 days.
Article 5 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to relationships with consumers (individuals), and not to professionals (B2B) acting within the scope of their business — which makes up the majority of NexaHouse's clientele (small businesses, tradespeople, shop owners). Where the Client is a consumer, they have 14 days from the order date to withdraw, unless they have expressly requested that performance begin before this period expires (article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code), in which case the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised once the service has been fully performed, and is reduced proportionally in the event of partial performance.
Article 6 — Client obligations
The Client agrees to provide, within a reasonable time, all materials required to perform the service (text, visuals, logo, necessary access). Any delay attributable to the Client in providing these materials pushes back the delivery date accordingly, and NexaHouse cannot be held liable for it. Any change request not included in the originally subscribed offer (extra pages, features not included) will be subject to an additional quote.
Article 7 — Subscription term and cancellation
Subscription plans run for a one-month term, automatically renewed, unless cancelled by the Client with 30 days' notice given by email to contact@nexahouse.fr. Cancellation ends hosting and maintenance of the site at the end of the current period; the Client remains free to retrieve the site's files and content before that date.
Article 8 — Warranty and liability
NexaHouse undertakes to perform the service with care and in accordance with best practice. Its liability cannot be engaged in the event of indirect damage, data loss attributable to a third party (host, integrated third-party service), or force majeure. In any event, NexaHouse's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the Client for the service in question.
Article 9 — Intellectual property of the deliverable
Unless otherwise stated in the quote, the Client becomes the owner of the delivered website (code and content specifically created for them) after full payment of the service. NexaHouse retains the right to reference the work as a commercial reference (portfolio, social media), unless the Client expressly requests otherwise.
Article 10 — Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, for disputes with consumers, they may use the consumer mediation service free of charge, whose contact details will be provided on request. For B2B disputes, the courts with jurisdiction over NexaHouse's registered address shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
